Draft Contribution to footpath and kerb/gutter policy on exhibition

Wingecarribee Shire Council is seeking feedback from residents on its draft Contribution to footpath and kerb/gutter policy which went on exhibition on Monday 28 October 2013.

The policy aims to provide an equitable method of collecting contributions from adjacent property owners for the construction of footpaths, kerbs and gutters located in public roads as per Section 217 of the Roads Act 1993.

Submissions and feedback can be made in writing via email, fax or letter and must be received by 4.00pm on Monday 25 November 2013.
