Roundabout repairs, Moss Vale and Kangaloon Roads Bowral
Wingecarribee Shire Council wishes to advise that road works are scheduled to commence at the intersection of Funston Street, Bong Bong Road, Moss Vale Road and Kangaloon Road in Bowral from Tuesday 26 September 2017.
Works involve repair work to the garden retaining wall within the existing roundabout.
Road users are cautioned to follow the changed traffic conditions, exercise care when traveling through the work zones and be aware of loose stones and heavy machinery within the work area.
Motorists are also reminded to heed the directions of the onsite traffic controllers and be aware of the temporary change to the work zone speed limits.
During repair work, all efforts will be made to keep the intersection open however some minor delays are expected.
Council thanks motorists in advance for their cooperation and apologise for any temporary delays or inconvenience.
The project is scheduled to be completed by Friday 29 September 2017 with works being carried out between 9am and 3pm. All timeframes are subject to weather conditions.
