Asphalt works on Caalong and May Streets, Robertson

30 March, 2015

Wingecarribee Shire Council wishes to advise that temporary delays are expected along Caalong Street and May Street in Robertson, commencing Wednesday 1 April 2015 as Council’s contractor undertakes asphalt surfacing works.

This asphalt ‘top coat’ is the final component of the Caalong Street rehabilitation project which began last year.

Works will extend north from the Caalang Creek bridge to High Street and west along May Street.

Motorists travelling in the vicinity are reminded to observe the speed restrictions and exercise care when traveling through the work zone and be aware of loose stones and heavy machinery.

Traffic controllers will be onsite to manage traffic during work hours.

Weather permitting, the asphalt surfacing work will be completed by Thursday 2 April 2015.

Council apologises for any delays or inconvenience.
