A public meeting to discuss the proposed $9.5 million upgrade of Station Street in Bowral will take place on the evening of Wednesday 20 September.

The meeting follows several months of community consultation and the exhibition of the detailed concept plans for the long-awaited project and includes road realignments, changes to parking and streetscape improvements.

The detailed concept plans were placed on public exhibition from 16 August and close Monday 18 September 2017.

The meeting will take place in the St Judes Church hall located at 38 Bendooley Street in Bowral (opposite Bowral Public School).  The venue will open at 6.30pm with the meeting commencing at 7pm on Wednesday 20 September.

Council staff will provide a short presentation on the proposed Upgrade Project followed by public discussion.

Although not compulsory, Council would request that if you are proposing to attend the public meeting that you register online at www.yoursaywingecarribee.com.au/SSU or via phone on 4868 0888 to ensure we have appropriate seating to accommodate attendees or to advise if a change of venue is required.
