Wild weather partially closes RRC
Wingecarribee Shire Council wishes to advise that due to the ongoing storm conditions, Council’s Resource Recovery Centre (RRC) located on Berrima Road, Moss Vale will not be accepting any further green, steel, builders, concrete and general waste until weather conditions subside.
The drop-off areas for these materials are located at the rear of the facility where vehicular access has been affected by the continuing rain.
Areas at the front of the RRC, most notably general kerbside waste and recycling, may still be dropped off as per normal.
The partial closure is effective immediately and will be reviewed tomorrow morning (Saturday 13 October).
