Road Reconstruction of Lytton Road, Moss Vale
Wingecarribee Shire Council wishes to advise that as a part of its regular capital works program, road reconstruction works are scheduled to commence on Lytton Road, Moss Vale commencing Monday 27 April 2015.
The works will take place between Beaconsfield Road and the north of Lackey Park and will include road widening, construction of new kerbing, guttering and drainage and the sealing of the road in the aforementioned area.
During construction Lytton Road will subsequently be closed between Beaconsfield Road and the northern end of Lackey Park.
Signage will be erected advising motorists of the works and alternate routes. Provision will however be made for local residents to access their properties.
Road users are cautioned to follow the changed traffic conditions, exercise care when traveling through the work zones and be aware of loose stones and heavy machinery within the work areas.
Traffic controllers will be onsite to manage traffic during the works.
Council apologises for any delays or inconvenience.
Weather permitting, the works should be completed within six weeks.
