Road closure/detours Bundanoon 9 July
Wingecarribee Shire Council wishes to advise that as a part of its water main renewal program, road closures and detours are scheduled to take place between Barnett Street and Old Wingello Road, Bundanoon between Friday 4 July and Wednesday 9 July 2014.
The temporary disruption is to allow Council staff and contractors to replace and lay new water mains.
Weather permitting, the road closure and detours are scheduled to take place at the following times:
- Friday 4 July from 7.30am to 5.30pm,
- Monday 7 July from 7.30am to 5.30pm,
- Tuesday 8 July from 7.30am to 5.30pm, and
- Wednesday 9 July from 7.30am to 5.30pm.
Signage will be erected warning motorists of the works and advising of alternate routes.
Road users are cautioned to follow the changed traffic conditions, exercise care when traveling through the work zones and be aware of loose stones and heavy machinery within the work areas.
Traffic controllers will be onsite to manage traffic during the works.
