Proposed K-Mart mixed use development to appear before Council
Wingecarribee Shire Council wishes to advise that as per Council’s resolution dated Wednesday 24 October 2012, the development application for the proposed mixed use development, which includes a K-Mart store, seven specialty shops, five residential dwellings and associated car parking on the corner of Moss Vale Road, and Bowral and Holmhale Streets, Bowral, is scheduled to re-appear for final determination before the next meeting of Council on Wednesday 27 February 2012.
The development application was originally lodged with Council early last year, and at the October meeting, Council agreed to defer the application to allow the applicant further time to submit an amended proposal and for a further public exhibition of the amended plans.
The Council meeting is scheduled to begin at 3.30pm Wednesday 27 February 2013.
The Council Chambers are located in Wingecarribee Shire Council’s Elizabeth Street Civic Centre, Moss Vale.
