Partial closure of Kangaloon Road and Kia-Ora Lane, Kangaloon
Wingecarribee Shire Council wishes to advise that due to road slippage, Council is required to partially close one lane of both Kangaloon Road and Kia-Ora Lane in Kangaloon – effective immediately.
The area affected is approximately 80 metres in length.
Temporary traffic lights have been erected in the area.
Road users are cautioned to use exercise extreme care when travelling through the area and advise that motorists are required to give way to traffic in both directions whilst the temporary lights are operational.
Whilst the roads are repaired, motorists can expect minor delays and where possible, are encouraged to use alternate routes.
Initial assessments suggest the partial closure may be required for several weeks until the road is repaired.
Council apologises for any delays or inconvenience.
