Customer Service Centre change of opening hours
Wingecarribee Shire Council’s Customer Service Centre will return to its pre-COVID hours of operation on Monday 29 March 2021.
From Monday visitors can once again access the Moss Vale-based Customer Service Centre between the hours of 8.30am and 4.30pm weekdays.
Visiting patrons are still asked to observe current social distancing guidelines. Guests should also be aware of ongoing construction activities in and around the Civic Centre.
Council wishes to thank all customers for their understanding and patience following changes implemented during the pandemic and as a result ongoing construction activity.
Wingecarribee Shire Council’s Customer Service Centre is located on the Civic Centre ground floor at 68 Elizabeth Street in Moss Vale.
