Browley Street footpath works

25 September, 2018

Wingecarribee Shire Council wishes to advise that footpath renewal works are scheduled to commence on Browley Street in Moss Vale from Tuesday 2 October 2018.

The works will involve the demolition of the existing path paving and construction of new footpath 1.5 metres wide.  These works will take place on the southern side of Browley Street in the vicinity of Moss Vale Public School.

The pathway will be temporarily closed during construction.  Where possible pedestrian access will be made available around the worksite.  Some sections of the adjacent parking lane will also be temporarily closed to enable access for construction machinery.

Construction activities will be carried out between 7.00am and 6.00pm weekdays.

Road users are cautioned to follow the changed traffic conditions, exercise care when traveling through the work zones and be aware of loose stones and heavy machinery within the work areas.

Council thanks residents and motorists in advance for their cooperation and apologises for any temporary delays or inconvenience.

Works are expected to be completed by mid-October 2018.  All timeframes are subject to weather conditions.
