A second information event is being held in Robertson to update the community on the new Robertson sewerage scheme.

The Community Information Event will be held on Thursday 15 September at the Robertson School of Arts in Hoddle Street.

Project Team members will be on hand to answer questions and explain construction issues. Maps and fact sheets will also be available.

Wingecarribee Shire Council General Manager, Jason Gordon is urging residents to go along to the event and find out more about the construction process.

“This will be the second community information event for the Robertson sewerage scheme and I encourage everyone to come along,” he said.

“The last event was held in June and was a great success. It was well attended and many residents said they found the day extremely worthwhile.

“I therefore encourage people to come along to this second event and learn more about the scheme.

“Construction around Robertson is well underway so it will no doubt be useful for people to understand more about the work.

“Information at the event will include details about construction methods, land restoration, landholder connections and more.”

Residents can attend the community event any time between 4pm and 8pm. Refreshments will also be available on the day.
