Wingecarribee Shire Council is inviting all interested residents to attend an on-site meeting at Leighton Gardens next Thursday, 6 June to discuss the planned upgrade of the park.

As part of the Sesquicentenary – or 150th birthday – celebrations of Moss Vale, Council is proposing to revitalise the gardens, including new garden beds, replaced trees and upgraded facilities.

Residents are invited to attend the public meeting at Leighton Gardens between 4pm and 5.30pm to discuss the design, check out the concept plan and view an information board. Council staff will be on hand to answer any questions and take suggestions regarding the proposed works.

The Landscape Concept Plan is currently on exhibition until Friday, 14 June 2013, and can be viewed on Council’s website www.wsc.nsw.gov.au, at the Civic Centre in Moss Vale or at Bowral and Moss Vale Libraries.

Feedback and submissions must be made by 4pm on 14 June 2013 via email at: wscmail@wsc.nsw.gov.au or in writing addressed to the General Manager at:
