Wingecarribee Shire Council has extended the notification period for the Mittagong Club Bowling Club demolition Development Application for a further two weeks.

The extension comes after concerns were raised from the public suggesting electronic Development Applications (DA’s) be made easier to navigate.

As a result Council has relocated the link to its online Development Application Tracking system – DA Tracker – to the right-hand of its home page.

All current and future Development Applications, including the Development Application for the Demolition of Mittagong Bowling Club and Shed – 6 Alice Street, Mittagong (LUA13/0122) can be located on DA Tracker via Council’s home page at www.wsc.nsw.gov.au

The extension to the 22 May 2013 brings the total notification period to nine weeks.

The Development Application for the demolition of the Mittagong Bowling Club gives effect to Council’s original resolution to demolish the building.

Councillors reaffirmed their support, originally endorsed in March 2012, to demolish the Mittagong Bowling Club at the Council meeting of Tuesday 13 November 2012.
