Wingecarribee Shire Council officers will be visiting Bowral on Wednesday 16 April 2014 as part of a mobile roadshow.

Council’s Acting Deputy General Manager Corporate and Strategy Mark Pepping said the information kiosks are an opportunity for residents to ask questions without having to visit the Moss Vale Civic Centre during office hours.

“Staff from numerous departments will be on hand to answer questions and promote a whole range of Council services in an informal environment. Engineers, planners, rangers and customer and community service officers will be in attendance to answer any specific Council-related queries residents may have.”

“This kiosk will also focus on our draft Operational Plan for 2014/15, with officers in attendance to provide information and answer questions about the proposed budget, projects and services, long-term financial plan, program of works and maintenance activities,” he said.

To view the draft documents visit www.yoursaywingecarribee.com.au, Council’s libraries or the Moss Vale Civic Centre.

The Information Kiosk will be held at the Bowral Memorial Hall, Bendooley Street, Bowral on Wednesday 16 April 2014 between 4pm and 8pm.

Councillors often attend the kiosks from 5pm however residents are encouraged to make appointments directly with them to ensure availability. Phone and email details for councillors can be found at www.wsc.nsw.gov.au/councillors or call (02) 4868 0888.

Residents are welcome to drop in during the kiosk hours but are encouraged to RSVP prior by calling (02) 4868 0888 to ensure appropriate Council staff are on hand to answer their queries.
