Expressions of Interest called for Moss Vale Aquatic Centre

Wingecarribee Shire Council is calling for Expressions of Interest to undertake works on the proposed Moss Vale Aquatic Centre project.

Chairman of the Indoor Aquatic Working Group, Councillor Larry Whipper has invited local contractors to apply for the work.

“Local contractors are encouraged to submit an Expression of Interest,” he said.

Expressions of Interest are being called for:

  • Concrete works
  • Structural steel fabrication and erection
  • Insulated composite roof panels and wall panels
  • Mechanical services
  • Electrical services
  • Hydraulic services
  • Pool water filtration services
  • Pool construction services
  • Glazing
  • Dry walls and ceilings

Construction will be managed by Council with all contractors reporting directly to Council.

Project commencement is subject to Development Application approval which is expected in March 2012.

Applicants are required to lodge an Expression of Interest (EOI) demonstrating experience, financial capacity and references to meet Council’s requirements. Suitable applicants will be short-listed for an invitation to submit a formal tender for the work.

Submissions lodged by hand or post must clearly state the project name and EOI number and lodged in the tender box on the ground floor at:
