Council calls for Plant and equipment hire tenders
Wingecarribee Shire Council is calling for tenders for the provision of Plant and Equipment Hire (Tender No. 6330/17.12).
The Plant and Equipment Hire tender will include wet hire (with an operator), dry hire (without an operator), material haulage, plant haulage and minor works for a minimum one-year contract period with possible extensions of a further year.
The Plant and Equipment Hire panel arrangement will commence from 1 January 2018 through to 31 December 2018.
Interested local contractors are encouraged to submit a tender to participate in Council’s Plant and Equipment Hire panel arrangement.
Tender documents can be obtained at no cost via Council’s tendering web site located at tenders.nsw.gov.au and following the link to ‘Local Councils’ to access the Wingecarribee Shire Council documents.
These documents will be available from the 15 August 2017 through to the Tender closing date.
New users to Council’s tendering website must complete a New User Registration to access the documents.
An information session will be held on at 2.00pm Friday 25 August 2017.
The tender briefing will provide information to interested contractors, providing contractors with updates and changes from the previous contracts to details of the current Plant and Equipment Hire contract.
