Wingecarribee Shire Council wishes to advise that its forthcoming Water and Sewerage accounts – which normally would have been issued in August – will be issued at the end of this week.
Council apologises for the inconvenience but reassures residents that they will still have the normal month to pay the account.
The billing period and charges remain unaffected as meters were read during the normal period and residents will still have the standard four week period to pay their accounts.
Normally issued in August, the delay is the result of the introduction of a major upgrade to Council’s computerised rating and property system.
Accounts for the December billing period will be issued as per normal.
