Temporary closure of Hampden Park playground in Robertson
As part of construction of the Robertson Sewerage Scheme, Council contractors will need to temporarily close the Hampden Park playground area in Robertson.
The playground will be fenced off for a short time during the trenching and pipe laying work. This will be done to ensure public safety.
The playground will be closed as of Monday 29 August and pending weather and ground conditions, is planned to re-open by Friday 9 September.
The play equipment will not be impacted during the construction work. The playground will re-open as normal once construction in the area is complete.
