Wingecarribee Shire Council wishes to advise that as a part of Waite Street Rehabilitation Work, drainage works are scheduled to commence in Browley Street, Moss Vale from 18 January 2016.
Browley Street will remain closed at the intersection of Waite Street and Browley Street for a maximum duration of three weeks while a concrete dish is installed to improve the drainage system of the area. If initial concrete tests show a positive result, the road will reopen within one week.
Motorists will be able to access Browley Street from Yarrawa Street and are encouraged to avoid the area where possible.
Road users are also cautioned to follow the changed traffic conditions, exercise care when traveling through the work zones and be aware of loose stones and heavy machinery within the work areas.
Signage will be erected and traffic controllers will be stationed onsite to manage traffic during the works.
Council thanks motorists in advance for their cooperation and apologises for any delays or inconvenience.
