Kmart proposal to go before Council
Wingecarribee Shire Council wishes to advise that the retail development proposal for 53 Bowral Street, Bowral, otherwise known as the Bowral Kmart proposal, will be considered by Council at its next Ordinary Meeting scheduled for Wednesday 24 October 2012 commencing at 3.30pm.
Due to the public interest in the proposal, Council will allow two (2) spokespersons to speak against the proposed development prior to the matter being debated by councillors.
Council also advises that any addresses to Council are restricted to a maximum of five (5) minutes and can subsequently be made available to a third party, including members of the public.
