Footpath works Bendooley Street, Bowral
Wingecarribee Shire Council wishes to advise that footpath construction works will be carried out on Bendooley Street in Bowral from Monday 8 May 2017.
Located between Warenda and Bowral Streets and Bowral and Banyette Streets, the work will involve constructing a new concrete footpath and pram ramp.
During construction, footpaths may be closed and sections of the road may be temporarily reduced to one-way traffic however the road will remain open to immediate residents and through traffic.
Road users are cautioned to follow the changed traffic conditions, exercise care when traveling through the work zones and be aware of loose stones and heavy machinery within the work areas.
Council thanks motorists in advance for their cooperation and apologises for any temporary delays or inconvenience.
The project is scheduled to be completed by early June 2017. All timeframes are subject to weather conditions.
