Eridge Park Rd & Sunninghill Ave construction
Wingecarribee Shire Council wishes to advise that construction on a new water trunk main will commence at the intersection of Sunninghill Avenue and Eridge Park Road in Burradoo starting Wednesday 1 December 2021.
Construction works will involve installing a new watermain underneath Eridge Park Road. This will enable Council’s Contractor to connect the new watermain to the existing pipe network.
These works are being undertaken to supplement and improve the reliability of the existing water supply in Burradoo.
To enable these works to safely proceed, one lane of Eridge Park Road will be temporarily closed between 7.00am and 5.00pm on:
- Wednesday 1 December,
- Thursday 2 December
During the temporary closure traffic controllers will be stationed on-site to direct motorists around the construction.
Road users are cautioned to follow the changed traffic conditions and exercise care when traveling through the work zone. Motorists are encouraged to take alternative routes around the work zone where possible.
Works are weather dependent and may be postponed in the event of wet weather.
