Wingecarribee Shire Council wishes to advise that demolition works are currently underway on the building at 4 Wattle Lane in Bowral to facilitate the extension of the Banyette Street Car Park.
Demolition works commenced today with the stripping out of internal fixtures and fittings, removal of electrical and mechanical systems and the disconnection and removal of utilities.
Works will continue on the structural components of the building and are expected to take approximately two weeks to complete, weather permitting.
