CHANGED TRAFFIC CONDITIONS Alfred Street, Mittagong
Wingecarribee Shire Council wishes to advise that as part of its ongoing road improvement program, road works are scheduled to commence on Alfred Street (between Queen Street and Lake Alexandra) in Mittagong starting Monday 11 February 2013.
Works will involve replacing the existing bridge and road surface on Alfred Street between Queen Street and Lake Alexandra, widening the road and replacing the culvert on entry to the lake.
Detours will be in place for the duration of the works via Edward and Victoria Streets, Mittagong.
Works will be undertaken during business hours only.
Council apologises for any delays or inconvenience.
Weather permitting, the works are expected to be completed by late March 2013.
