Argyle Street pathway works
Wingecarribee Shire Council wishes to advise that shared pathway construction works are scheduled to commence along Argyle Street in Moss Vale on Monday 2 November.
A total of 300 metres of shared pathway will be constructed between the Moss Vale Showground main entrance located on Robertson Road/Illawarra Highway and the rear entrance of the showground on Argyle Street.
During construction the existing grass verge will be temporarily closed however pedestrian access will be made available around the worksite where possible.
Traffic controllers will be stationed onsite to manage traffic during work hours and access to adjacent properties will be maintained.
Road users and pedestrians are cautioned to follow the changed traffic conditions, exercise care when travelling through the construction zone and be aware of loose stones and heavy machinery within the work areas.
Council thanks motorists and pedestrians in advance for their cooperation and apologises for any temporary delays or inconvenience.
Works are expected to be completed by late November 2020. All timeframes are subject to weather conditions.
