Administrator calls Extraordinary Meeting
Be part of a briefing session on Council’s draft Delivery Program 2023-25 and 2023/24 Operational Plan at an Extraordinary Meeting on 26 April 2023 from 3:30 pm.
Administrator Viv May PSM has called the meeting to involve the community in important business items. Council will move into Committee of the Whole for the briefing session, which means formalities are relaxed, providing community members with the opportunity to ask questions in relation to the draft Delivery Program and Operational Plan presentation made by Council’s management team.
The focus will be Council’s principal activities, provided by the fifteen broad service areas as outlined in the draft Delivery Program. Key priorities and programs that Council proposes to undertake over the next 12 months are outlined in the Draft Operational Plan.
Following this briefing session, Council will move back into the formal meeting to consider the adoption of the Community Strategic Plan, the public exhibition of the draft Community and Recreational Facilities Strategy and the Section 355 Management Committees Procedure Manual and other urgent business matters.
