Customers of Wingecarribee Shire Council can now choose to have their Rates Notices and Water and Sewerage Accounts delivered direct to their In-boxes.

Council’s Chief Financial Officer, Richard Mooney explained the benefit of the new service.

“For some time our customers have been telling us they wanted greater choice and convenience,” he said.

“In response we’re now offering e-billing and BPAY View for both our Rates Notices and Water and Sewerage Accounts.”

Residents wishing to receive their notices via email can register for e-Billing at www.wsc.nsw.gov.au/eBilling.

Online or mobile bank customers can also sign up for BPAY View.

BPAY View sends bills direct to customer’s online account and can provide email, SMS and bank reminders.  Residents will need to register with BPAY View to take advantage of this service.

“While some people will find this new service a great benefit, those that prefer to receive their notices via mail can continue to do so at no cost,” Mr Mooney added.
